Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
Skale Media ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing agency based in New South Wales, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, for example when you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, book a call, email us, or message us. This may include:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your business name, location and the type of business you run
- your answers to questions on our forms (for example, what your biggest challenge is right now)
- anything else you include in a message to us
Our website and ads may also use cookies and similar tools from Meta and other providers to measure how ads perform. These tools do not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- to contact you about your enquiry, by phone, SMS or email
- to understand your business and whether our services are a fit
- to send you information you've asked for
- to improve our ads and services
We will not send you ongoing marketing unless you agree to it, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business, such as our booking, email and customer-management tools, and only so they can provide that service. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we keep it safe
We store your information in secure, access-controlled systems and keep it only as long as we need it for the reasons above. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
